Did Anyone know how to make a Gstreamer Application?

นี่เป็นปัญหาใหญ่ที่วันนี้ผมเสียเวลานั่งอ่านมันทั้งวันเลยครับ
I want to know how to make a simple MP3 program, hope I can find a solution within today.

And Yeah, I know now why firefox in Dapper always have a problem in thai font. It's because when it's show for unicode (UTF-8) site, the problem will show! I have to say that's it make me irritating really much! Wish I can find a solution soon, Because this site is showing in Unicode too!
